RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with any products you received from us, you may return them undamaged in original packaging, in as-new condition, unused, with all components resalable with the packing slip, within 15 days of the day we shipped them. We will gladly refund you your purchase price. If you used PayPal to pay for your item(s), return is minus applicable PayPal fees. Shipping is not refundable on returns. (Note, there are no refunds on Special Orders.)

Damaged Products:
If your item(s) is/are damaged please notify us at  returns@cutthecrop.com  within 10 days of receiving, so we can arrange to have the items replaced for you at no additional charge

Please repack the products in the original package for the return trip, include your packaging slip and original payment method so we can insure you receive the correct refund. All refunds will happen only after we have received the returned item(s). Please allow 15 business days for returns to be processed.

For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened software or books.
